Vetting process
Every hospital in our network passes a 27-point review before being shown to any patient. We check JCI accreditation or equivalent national certification, infection-control records, patient-outcome data for common procedures, specialist credentials and international training, language and coordination capability for international patients, and facility standards from recent independent audits.
If a hospital doesn't pass, it doesn't appear. We revisit the review annually and any time we receive a patient concern.
Your Care Companion
This is not a call center. Your Care Companion is a bilingual professional who has worked in international medical logistics. They speak your language, speak the hospital's language, and — most importantly — they travel with you.
They meet you at the airport. They sit in every appointment. They ask the questions you didn't know to ask. They advocate for your interests in real time. After you're home, they follow up.
Deposit fairness
We charge a one-time $149 deposit to start your consultation. This is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge. There is no automatic debit. Just one payment.
There are exactly two outcomes: if you travel with us, the deposit is credited in full toward your trip — it costs real travelers nothing extra. If after your consultation you decide not to go, the deposit covers the professional work already done for you. You keep the full plan and honest pricing. No one is left worse off.
No acute care
We only handle planned, elective procedures — the kind you can prepare for, schedule, and travel for. MRI scans. Knee replacements. Dental implants. Comprehensive health checks. Things you've been putting off because the wait is too long or the cost is too high.
We never handle emergencies or acute conditions. This is a deliberate choice: it makes every trip safe, predictable, and relaxed for both you and your Care Companion.
Transparent pricing
You see every number before you commit to anything. Your plan shows the hospital cost, the typical home-country cost side by side, and the full trip cost estimate — including what your deposit covers.
We don't hide fees. We don't add surprises at checkout. If a number is an estimate, we say so and explain why. If pricing changes, we tell you before it affects your decision.
Aftercare commitment
Your relationship with MyCureVoyage doesn't end at the departure gate. We follow up after you're home — how's the recovery? Any questions about the report? Do you need a second opinion from your home doctor?
We help arrange remote consultations, translate medical documents, and support any follow-up appointments. This is how medical travel should work.
